Having joined Avromed Company CJSC in February 2022 as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Elkhan had brought under his belt a spectacular career as an experienced auditor and compliance professional.

Elkhan holds BSc in Accounting and Audit from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and MSc in International Economics, Banking and Finance from Cardiff University, UK. He first honed his skills as an auditor in Ernst & Young, followed by the string of assignments within Pasha Holding up to the role of Group Head of Internal Audit & Compliance, during which he conducted numerous high-impact audit engagements and worked closely with senior management to identify and mitigate critical business risks. 

In March 2023, Elkhan was appointed to the position of Chef Commercial Officer of Avromed Company CJSC. Elkhan’s Intellectual horsepower, learning agility, strategic mindset, combined with passion to drive the business success, have been instrumental in solidifying our business relationships with suppliers as a preferred business partner, and in transforming the Commercial function into major contributor to sustainable business growth.
