Sara joined Avromed Company CJSC in May 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer, having returned to Azerbaijan after 25-year tenure with Philip Morris International.

A graduate of Azerbaijan University of Languages and holder of Global Remuneration Professional Certification (GRP), she moved progressively as Human Resources professional in variety of business environments that spanned geography of intricate complex dynamics of Europe, Middle East, Northern Africa and Central Asia.

With a passion for fostering inclusive and collaborative organizational culture, Sara is poised to elevate our mission by driving strategic organizational initiatives through her organizational insights and hands-on leadership approach.
